Panic Attack Ke Lakshan:

Panic attack anxiety ka extreme form hai. Achanak aata hai aur 10-20 minute mein peak hota hai:

  • Chest pain — lagta hai heart attack ho raha hai
  • Saans nahi aa rahi — suffocation feel hoti hai
  • Body mein kaampna aur pasina
  • "Main mar jaaunga/jaungi" aisa dar
  • Haath pair sunn ho jaana
  • Asli nahi lag raha — jaise sapna chal raha ho

Important: Pehli baar panic attack aaye toh hospital jaayein — chest pain ka karan check karna zaroori hai (ECG, blood test) kyunki heart attack ke symptoms similar hote hain.

1. Stress

Office pressure, financial problems, relationship issues, family tension — prolonged stress anxiety mein badal jaata hai.

2. Genetics

Agar family mein kisi ko anxiety ya depression hai, toh risk zyada hota hai.

3. Thyroid

Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) anxiety jaise symptoms deta hai — dil tez dhakadna, kaampna, neend na aana. Simple TSH test se pata chal jaata hai.

Ghar Pe Kya Karein?

1. 4-7-8 Breathing Technique

  • 4 second saans andar lein
  • 7 second rok ke rakhein
  • 8 second mein dheere se chhod
  • 4-5 baar repeat karein

Yeh technique panic attack ke time bhi kaam karti hai.

2. Exercise

30 minute walk daily. Exercise se serotonin aur endorphins release hote hain — yeh natural anti-anxiety chemicals hain.

3. Neend Poori Karein

7-8 ghante ki neend zaroori hai. Neend kam hone se anxiety badhti hai, aur anxiety se neend nahi aati — yeh ek cycle hai. Todna zaroori hai.

4. Caffeine Kam Karein

Chai/coffee din mein 2 cup se zyada mat piyen. Shaam ke baad bilkul nahi.

5. Screen Time Kam Karein

News, social media — yeh anxiety badhate hain. Raat ko phone band karein bed pe jaane se 1 ghanta pehle.

6. Baat Karein

Kisi se baat karna — dost, family, ya professional — anxiety kam karta hai. Andar rakhne se badhti hai.
